The hall accommodates up to 35 people during events in a roundtable format; and up to 120 people in a conference format.
- video projector with a 16:9 screen, 3 meters width, HDMI (currently supports only this option);

- a distributed network of video panels with ability to duplicate signal on the main screen or display independent content;
- main sound: VOLTA three-way speakers (sufficient power for the area of the conference room);
- switching system: 8 independent symmetrical sound lines per stage, 1 monitor line, 1 additional line for connecting tribune microphone or for using as an independent line;
- Microphones: 1 SHURE PG58 hand-held wireless radio system; Behringer mixing console,
6 microphone channels and 4 stereo lines;
- lighting devices sufficient to fill the scene;
- 2 flipcharts;
- a separate meeting room.
Rates for a conference room rent: 1,500 RUB per hour
When renting a hall from 5 hours a day: 1,200 RUB per hour.
When booking hotel rooms (from 10 rooms) on the day of the event, 2 hours of room rental are free.
Help of a technical assistant is included in the rent.
- Flipchart – 500 RUB. (1 block of paper is included in the rental price).
- Photocopies (A4) – 5 RUB per sheet;
- A4 notepaper – 20 RUB per 10 sheets;
- Drinking water – 60 RUB per 0.5 liters;
- Pen/pencil – 50 RUB per item.
It is possible to organize receptions, coffee breaks (from 200 rubles per person), tastings, cocktails, banquets (from 700 RUB per person), catering.
Rental of a coffee machine – 1,500 RUB for a coffee break (no more than 25 minutes, 2 liters of milk, 1 kg of grain included).
RENT OF THE TOTAL CONFERENCE HALL: 15 000 RUB for 4 hours; each extra hour is
1 000 RUB.
